这座标志性建筑代表了一种居住理念,售楼中心设计用极简和回归自然的语言表达着对大自然的敬畏。这座售楼中心并非纯粹只是一个销售点,它更多的是为有意购房的客户营造一个内容丰富、氛围轻松的体验空间。本次售楼处设计也考虑到销售阶段工作完成后的空间功能转变,为未来的居住社区提供了一个具有雕塑感和灵动美的公共休闲聚点。

This landmark building represents a concept of living. The design of the sales center expresses the awe of nature in the language of minimalism and return to nature. This sales center is not just a sales point, it is more to create a rich and relaxed experience space for customers who want to buy a house. The design of the sales office also takes into account the spatial function transformation after the completion of the sales phase, providing a public leisure gathering point with sculpture and inspiration for the future residential community.

售楼处坐落在树木森郁、植被环绕的重庆城市边缘,建筑如雕塑融入江湾与山体中——这是一座独特的展示空间,仅从外观就让人联想到艺术画廊。在玻璃幕墙的映衬下,感觉家具和艺术品始终如创作对象一般:它们从外形、结构和表面上反映周围的景观,以此形式促进与艺术和自然的对话。在这里,我们将客户的需求和意愿柔和地延伸到各个小空间中。为了突出建筑所具有的特性,我们采用了简单、冷静但又不失高压的白色与灰黑色的搭配,强调室外景观为空间带来的震撼感。

 Located on the edge of Chongqing city surrounded by dense trees and vegetation, the sales office integrates buildings such as sculptures into the river bay and mountains, which is a unique exhibition space reminiscent of art galleries only from the appearance. Under the glass curtain wall, furniture and artworks are always the objects of creation: they reflect the surrounding landscape from the shape, structure and surface, thus promoting the dialogue with art and nature. Here, we gently extend the needs and wishes of our customers to every small space. In order to highlight the characteristics of the building, we use a simple, calm but high-pressure white and gray-black collocation, emphasizing the impact of outdoor landscape on the space.

建筑幕墙由玻璃和钢结构打造,线条流畅简洁,科技感和未来感十足。由于四面均为半透明的玻璃外墙,这座两层楼高的全悬挑空间得以融入到周围景观中,成为一个和谐的整体。这种大胆的售楼中心设计手法把外部景观引入室内,实现与自然环境的联通,增进内心与外在、人与自然之间不断延续的对话。来访者肯定会注意到,新住宅区是如此亲近自然,绝对是躲避大都市喧嚣的世外桃源。玻璃幕墙的布局和窗格大小给予空间相应的宽敞度,营造出通透舒适的效果:仿佛在1700平方米内水平方向上,内外景观之间相互流动。

 The curtain wall is made of glass and steel structure, with smooth and concise lines, full of sense of technology and future. Due to the translucent glass exterior walls on all sides, the two-storey overhanging space can be integrated into the surrounding landscape and become a harmonious whole. This bold design method of sales center introduces the external landscape into the interior, realizes the connection with the natural environment, and promotes the continuous dialogue between the interior and the exterior, between man and nature. Visitors will surely notice that the new residential area is so close to nature that it is absolutely a paradise to escape the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. The layout of the glass curtain wall and the size of the panes give the space corresponding spaciousness, creating a transparent and comfortable effect: as if in the horizontal direction of 1700 square meters, the internal and external landscape flows with each other.

整个售楼中心设计不仅展开双臂拥抱大自然,室内空间弧形墙体与空间的功能布局带来的流动性引导者整个参观动线。沿着两层之间的艺术旋转楼梯,空间开启一段更加直观的参观旅程。到访者在来回穿梭的过程中无法“一览无遗”,能够更深入、集中地探索旭辉生活空间,体验通透飘逸的光影美学。一层主要包含品牌展示和楼盘信息介绍等主题,夹层与第二层则是关于在售楼盘展示、沙盘区及商谈区。售楼中心内每个角落从不同角度设置照明,穿插多媒体形式以呈现最佳展示效果。借助这种方式,我们让客户在幽静的艺术空间中慢慢享受旭辉带来的生活理念与艺术格调、开拓对项目的全新的视野。

The design of the whole sales center not only embraces nature with both arms, but also guides the flow of visitors through the function layout of the arc wall and space in the interior space. Along the art revolving staircase between the two floors, the space opens a more intuitive tour. Visitors can not "see everything at a glance" in the process of shuttling back and forth. They can explore Xuhui's living space more deeply and centrally, and experience the aesthetics of light and shadow which is permeable and elegant.The first floor mainly includes the theme of brand display and real estate information introduction, while the second floor and the sandwich floor are about the exhibition, sand table area and negotiation area. Every corner of the sales center is illuminated from different angles, and multi-media forms are inserted to present the best display effect. In this way, we allow customers to enjoy the life concept and artistic style brought by Xuhui slowly in the quiet art space, and open up a new vision of the project.
